Am I going to hell?

Yes, but not for that.
Also, your tires hate you.

I believe the word you’re looking fo r is “month”

I there there's only two of mine I haven't driven in the last four weeks. Although I did move the Niva by hand so if that counts then only one. And it's the one you can watch driveshafts turning through the floor, so no big surprise there.

Oh yeah, well I haven’t driven mine since the end of June! Sure, that’s because it was totaled, but still.
I saw a red Optima like mine today, and I actually felt sad. I miss my unflavored appliance.

The Miata has been parked in the garage for 2 weeks and I’ve only driven the TA twice in the same time.

Driving nothing is better than driving a cross-abomination

You’re not going to hell. You’re already there.
Fortunately, you can drive your way out.

Any word on a replacement yet?

I spent $800 to insure the Raider for 4 months, and I think I’ve only driven it 10 times or so

Nope, still waiting for the gap payment to clear. In the meantime I’m waffling between getting a cheapo beater or something with a payment.

I bought a car that I usually drive once a week or so. Granted, those drives are usually 500+ kilometres in a weekend or so, but still. I feel you.

I don’t believe there is a hell so you’re good. S hame is obviously present since you are asking the question!

But why? Isn’t the wagon a better commuter than the other two?
![]() 08/16/2018 at 21:54 |

I use the Tacoma for work and conmuting. I've been working many late days and have lots to do at home... The time is just passing by.

I didn't drive the Mustang today and I felt like I neglected it. Cars are people too.

Nah, I’ve hardly driven my car this summer. I took it to work on Wednesday just to do it. In fact, this week I’ve driven 6 different cars so far, but don’t worry they’re not all mine.
-monday, drove the truck to work
-monday night, drove sister’s basket case subaru across town to retrieve wife’s Mini from its hiding place
- drove wife’s mini back from said hiding place
-tuesday, drove the Volvo because it rained, and no one has driven it since rain
- wednesday, drove my wagon because I thought our nanny would drive it tuesday, but didn’t - so it was sitting since rain, too.
- today, drove wife’s loaner Mini to Massachusetts for a funeral. Driving there and back was the best part, it’s a 2019 fully loaded Cooper S Clubman with ~600 miles, now over 700.

“ am I going to hell?”
Sounds like you’re already there.

Doh, I just posted the same thought...

No worries, it’s a tall order to read all comments ever to make sure someone hasn’t already said something. I’ve been there, too.

If that’s the dumbest thing I do today, I guess it would be a pretty good day lol

Your Lexus is going to start thinking you are flirting with another vehicle...
![]() 08/16/2018 at 23:14 |

Luckily that is not the case. But you're right, it needs attention.

I think I have the opposite problem. I own two cars and yet I still drive both just as much as I was driving one before lol.

I could take a large dump on it so you at least need to go get it washed
![]() 08/17/2018 at 00:19 |

Probably not. But you are going to go and get a new battery!

If you drive your car hard, but carefully, you might find that you are not quite as precise as you last remembered.
It only took me 5 weeks out of the car (bad driveshaft and possible failing third member) and I found that I was not as sharp when wheeling through the hills.

I’ve driven my XJ once since I moved into the new house nearly a month ago, and I only drove it because I noticed hornets building a nest in the receiver tube, so I figured driving it to work would scare them off. It’s still full of crap from my old garage and shed, it’s filthy, and it’s parked on the street classing up the new neighborhood... But the fact that I have a toilet sitting in the driveway might be worse.

I have not washed my car in 6 weeks.

I wash my car four
times a year. At least it lives in a garage.
